Uniquely You Personal Stylist
1. Introduction
Welcome to Uniquely You Personal Stylist! By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Scope of Services
We provide personal styling consultations, colour analysis, shopping assistance, and related services designed to enhance your style and confidence.
3. Payment & Fees
- All payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will retain their agreed pricing.
- Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
4. Invoicing & Payment
- Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or Tyro for in-person transactions.
- Invoices will be sent via Xero to the client’s email address provided.
- All payments must be completed before the service is rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the cancellation of future bookings.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled without additional payment.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- Any personal information shared during consultations will remain strictly confidential.
- We will not disclose or share details regarding your styling preferences without consent.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Our styling advice is based on professional knowledge and experience, but individual results may vary.
- We are not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations.
- Uniquely You Personal Stylist shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from services provided.
8. Intellectual Property
- All styling guides, colour analyses, and related materials provided remain the intellectual property of Uniquely You Personal Stylist and Image Innovators and cannot be copied or redistributed without written permission.
9. Agreement & Acceptance
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Gift cards can be sent out in the mail or sent via email. Please check your junk folder. If the e-voucher has not arrived, please contact Larissa by email with a copy of the receipt.
Gift cards and e vouchers are valid for a year. Standard terms and conditions are provided on the paper card and in the gift card section of the website.
11. Service Areas
Larissa takes many consultations online and is available in person for consultations in and around the suburbs of inner Brisbane. Travel fees may incur depending on the clients’ requirements.
For those outside these areas, I recommend an online experience for your styling needs.
12. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through open communication and negotiation.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation may be pursued before taking any legal action.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Queensland.
- Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve conflicts professionally and fairly.
